Verona with me

Verona is an Italian city in the Veneto region . Verona is visited every year by more than 100 million tourists, many of them foreigners, for its artistic richness and various annual events such as the Arenas lyrical season.  Among the most famous monuments in the city are Arena (Arena di Verona) and Juliet House (Casa di Giulietta).

What I liked the most about Verona? Well, my respone maybe it’s a little bit strange, but the streets. Yeah, it is possible just to walk in a little city and enjoy little things. The Italian atmosphere was so intense there, and I felt like I’m in Italy more than I felt in the other cities.

I am a very romantic person, and being in the town of Juliet, from Romeo& Juliet, has increased my romance, even if I was single. So if you are single and want to visit the city, in the first place you should find a boyfriend or a girlfriend and maybe in that way you’re not going to feel as lonley as I did. I’m just kidding, my loneliness wasn’t so intense like I said before.

The Juliet house is the most important touristic spot, and seeing it made me, and the others, more interested about Shakespeare’s life and his works. There you can see the balcony where the 2 lovers swore their love for eachother. I think everyone knows the famous replica ‘Oh,Romeo, where are you, Romeo?’

This city of love, has also a wall full of love declaration, left there by couples, or just simple messages adressed to a secret person, who maybe will find it someday

The colosseum from Verona is taking you to the ancient Rome, and it’s an important place to visit too. There are people dressed like gladiators, and the price for a picture with them is a litle high, but I say it worth it, beacuse the memory remains.

We stayed here just a few hours, so we haven’ done so much things, but was enough for us to form an idea about what Verona is, and descover another beautiful city full of history. The landscapes were amazing, and like in previous articles, I was again attracted by the way of the buildings were built.

This was the last, but not the least Italian city, the next article will be about Pisa and I promise after this, will move to another country, with another cities and beauties that are waiting for us.
