‘Fall in love with places instead of people’, this is the quote that I posted on Instagram together with my first photo from Venice. And I really did, I fell in love with this beautiful city.

The architecture, the buildings, the blue water, the people, and all the things from this place made me feel like a tourist that doesen’t want to go back home.

The fact that Venice is sinking every year with a few centimeters made me wanting to visit it as soon as posible, and in the near future to visit again and again, but maybe the next time during the carnival.

What I loved the most about Venice was that this city is practically floating on water, and if you want to visit it, you have to take a boat, which is called ‘vaporetto’, and this is like a public transport, a taxi boat, or the emblematic gondolas, the ‘boat of the lovers’, but the public transport is the cheapest, and it’s like a subaway, but on the water.The pass for the water bus will allow you to ride your full trip

Another thing that impressed me was the way yhat the buildings were built. I watched and rewatched at the details for minutes and I felt like I was teleported to another world of the past.

Because we were in such a place, my sister and I have tried to make a lot of photos, and we took with us a bag where we put some heels, just to look fashion.

There is so much history to be seen on this magical little island, and the Piazza San Marco is the centre of this place. Here are the most famous buildings of the city: the Basilica San Marco and the Dogi Palace .

I love shopping, but not all the time I can afford to buy clothes, shoes or make-up when I’m traveling, so window shopping is an alternative. While I was admiring some stuff through the windows, I saw the nicest shop, with sweet messages.

Like I said before, I will come back for sure in Venice, to enjoy again new and unique experiences and descover more of the small busy alleyways, people and city itself.

Because I don’t know what to say more about Venice, I’ll tell you just that: You have to see it at least once in a lifetime, so get in the car,plane,or bus, and make from your next holiday, a holiday in Venice!

The next experience is an Italian experience too, so we’ll discover together another city that I hope you will adore as much as I do!!!
