Saint Tropez and Monaco

One day in Monaco and another one in Saint Tropez I think it’s enough for a normal person who loves to travel and not spend so much money. Luxury, expensive things and extravagance, that’s how I remember a little part of Cote d’Azur. We were the same group which was in Barcelona, so I haven’t experienced the ‘night life’, but in the near future I really want to go back and dance in a nightclub on the DJ Antoine’s song ‘Welcome to St. Tropez’ ( I hope you are singing this song right now, while you are reading the title).

We enjoyed a very pleasant time and a lot of sunshine, maybe was a little bit too hot, but this is the weather in August.

The landscapes of this places are a real miracle,combining nature with a new world, a technological one.

Maybe when you hear St. Tropez, you are thinking just at wild parties and crazy people drinking, I don’t say no, but I saw a peaceful part of this city, which made me relax and enjoy the little things like going to the beach, eating a burrito at the corner of the street or having a conversation with my family in a nice cafe.

We walked a lot around, just to feel the city’s vibe, and see the city’s inhabitants, how they are acting and what are they doing. But my favourite part of the St. Tropez was the beach, with a calm, azure and clean water and fine sand, gold.

MONACO, ahh, I love it!!! When I arrived there, I realized that I am so small and all the people from there have such a different life in comparison with mine. Only riches over the riches, yachts, expensive cars, buildings and imposing dwellings. And me, eating an ice-cream, that was a little expensive for an ice-cream, but hey, we were in Monaco, so we had to make a craving.

We haven’i visited just Cote d’Azur, we have made a car circuit and visited a lot of important towns from 3 countries, Spain, France and Italy, but definitly Monaco was my favourite by far, not because I am a materialist person, but because I was impressed by a new world embedded in a principality.

The next stop will be in Italy, but I will come back soon to French territory with Paris, my love.
